Inextremis Aventura, a sole proprietorship with its registered office at 14, rue Baptiste Pams – 66150 Arles sur Tech, France (see legal notices), a French tour operator specializing in walking tours in Europe, wishes to inform you of the measures implemented to protect your personal data and privacy in accordance with applicable legislation, and more specifically the provisions of the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended, the European Regulation 2016/679, and the recommendations issued by the CNIL (hereinafter “Applicable Legislation”).
In accordance with applicable legislation, you have the right to access, object to, rectify, erase, and restrict the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to define instructions regarding the fate of your personal data after your death.
