In the event that we have others registered for the canyon outing, we will only charge you the price per person (no supplement)
Conditions :
Minimum age 8 years for water hikes, 10 years for discovery initiation canyons, 12 years for sports initiation canyons and 14 years for sports canyons (children will always be accompanied by their parents).
Each participant in the activities must be in good physical shape and must not be subject to a medical contraindication to the practice of said activities.
People participating in the canyoning activity must know how to swim at least 25 meters in freestyle, jump and immerse themselves in the water. For the holiday centers a 25 m certificate is required for each participant.
The stay rates include :

Loan of specific canyon equipment
As part of a stay, accommodation in a hotel ** for 2 days depending on the catering option chosen (double room basis).
As part of a stay, return transport from your hotel in Céret to the various practice sites.
Accommodation during stays:
Accommodation offered in a ** hotel in Céret (double room basis) for 2 days (weekends) and 4 days (internships).
Two catering options: B&B (night + breakfast) or half-board (night + breakfast + evening meal) for 2 or 4 days.

Reservation and payment :
You have the possibility to make an online reservation (firm) by credit card, the reservation will then be validated.
You also have the option of making a pre-reservation by sending us a check for 30% of the total amount of the service.

Cancellation Canyon trip :
You have a right of withdrawal from 7 days following the date of booking your stay within 30 days before the day of activity.
More than 7 days before the canyon trip: the deposit paid when booking is not cashed.
Less than 7 days before the canyon trip: the deposit paid is not returned and is cashed.
In the event of cancellation of one or more participants within 48 hours of the canyon trip, the places will be invoiced by Inextremis Aventura to the whole group.
Depending on the water flow and the weather, the organizer can decide to move or cancel a canyon outing for safety reasons.
Cancellation Week-end / Canyon stay :
In the event of cancellation on your part (unless you find a replacement for the outing), cancellation fees will be retained by Inextremis Aventura:
You have a right of withdrawal of 7 days following the date of booking your stay within 30 days of the day of activity.
More than 29 days before departure: flat rate of 10% per person for administration fees
Between 29 and 21 days: 25% of the total amount
Between 20 and 8 days: 50% of the total amount
Between 7 and 2 days: 75% of the amount total
Less than 2 days: 100% of the total amount
Insurance and liability :
By booking a service, you certify :
– to be able to swim at least 25m, to submerge yourself and to jump;
– be in good physical condition and that your state of health does not present any contraindication to the practice of the activity in which you are going to participate;
– be aware of and knowingly assume the risks inherent in the specific so-called “risky” environment that you will be traveling through and agree not to place the responsibility for these risks on Inextremis Aventura. This also applies to beneficiaries and any member of the family.
The safety of the group and yours is everyone’s business, so we will ask you to:
– Strictly follow your instructor’s instructions without taking any initiative; which cannot be held responsible for any incidents, accidents or bodily injury… which may result therefrom.
– Report before the start of the activity any health problem (hypoglycemia, asthma, lenses, etc.) or certain traumas that have occurred prior to the activity (type sprain, surgery, fragile knee joint, etc.)
Inextremis Aventura supervises the canyoning activity and also involves independent instructors. Each independent instructor is covered by Professional Civil Liability insurance for its own activities and for the costs incurred by a possible rescue operation.
This insurance does not cover participants under “the individual accident”, we strongly advise each participant to inquire with the insurance of his choice for civil liability insurance and / or an individual accident for the practice of sports. wilderness / mountain.
In fact, we cannot replace the individual civil liability of each participant.
The Inextremis Aventura company is insured for civil liability for all the activities it offers and cannot be held liable for activities reserved with other service providers.
In the event of a bodily accident, the responsibility of the Inextremis Aventura company and the intervening instructor is released as soon as the victim is taken care of by the competent rescue organizations, and any hospital follow-up will be the responsibility of the personal insurance of the accident victim. .
For minors participating in Inextremis Aventura activities and stays, under the supervision of an external organization, the latter is legally responsible for the conditions of participation.
The participant / client is responsible for the equipment loaned to him for the activity. The professional cannot be held responsible for any damage that may be caused by the equipment made available.
In the event of theft, loss or deterioration of the loaned equipment, the participant / customer may be asked for compensation related to wear or a full refund of the equipment.
Meetings take place in the majority of cases at the activity car parks. These car parks are often isolated in the mountains, we advise you to take the bare minimum in your vehicles. Inextremis Aventura declines all responsibility in the event of theft of equipment in your vehicles.
Professionals (instructors) and the Inextremis Aventura company cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft or breakage of objects (eg: glasses, cameras, etc.) that practitioners could take with them during the activity and that may occur during the activity.
